Resource Bundles
Related resources grouped together at a reduced price. If you're tackling something bigger than a single meeting — a new role, a culture problem, a year of staff PD — a bundle costs less than the pieces and arrives already sequenced.
Buy What You Need, When You Need It
Every resource here can be purchased on its own. No membership, no subscription, no account to maintain. Buy one thing for one situation and never come back — that's a perfectly good outcome.

Questions About These Resources
What is no-prep professional development?
No-prep professional development is a session that requires no planning, slide-building, or preparation from the person leading it. Each Administrator Avenue No-Prep session can include slides, a facilitator guide, talking points, an activity, discussion questions, a printable handout, and a reflection — so a principal or district leader can open the file and facilitate a meaningful 30 minutes the same day.
Do I need a membership to buy these resources?
No. Every resource in the store can be purchased individually with no membership, subscription, or ongoing commitment. Membership exists for administrators who use these resources regularly and would rather have library access than buy items one at a time.
How quickly can I use what I buy?
Immediately. Resources are digital and download after purchase. They are built to be used as-is, which means a session bought this evening can be facilitated at tomorrow morning's staff meeting without additional preparation.
Can I share a resource with my staff or leadership team?
Yes. These resources are designed for use inside your school or district — printing handouts for staff, facilitating a session with your leadership team, or working through a toolkit with your administrators. They are not licensed for resale or for distribution outside your organization.
What is the difference between a toolkit and a bundle?
A toolkit addresses one specific challenge in depth, gathering the planning guides, scripts, checklists, templates, and follow-up tools that situation requires. A bundle groups several related resources — often across categories — at a reduced price, for leaders working on something broader than a single situation.
Can I use school or district funds to purchase these?
In most cases yes. Professional development materials and leadership resources commonly qualify under district professional development budgets, and administrator leadership development often qualifies under Title II, Part A. Check with your business office, and get in touch if you need an invoice or a purchase order rather than a card payment.
Are new resources added?
Yes. New toolkits, templates, and No-Prep sessions are added regularly. Free resources are always available in the Leadership Hub, and anyone on the email list is notified when something new is released.
