Every engagement is built around the CALM Framework — Control the environment, Assess the situation, Lead the response, Move forward. Below are the three ways to work together, plus flexible options to help it fit your school’s budget and calendar. Want to customize your plan, feel free to reach out.

CALM Service Tiers

Tier 2 — CALM Diagnostic Package

Training plus a structured look under the hood — we identify your leadership and systems gaps and hand you a prioritized action plan.

  • Full-day training + on-site diagnostic + report$4,000
  • Virtual diagnostic + report (no on-site day)$2,500

Travel within Idaho included; adjacent states at cost.

Best for: schools that know something needs to change but aren’t sure where to start.

Full Support · Flagship

Tier 3 — CALM Implementation Partnership

A guided, multi-month partnership that moves you from training into real, lasting systems improvement — coaching, follow-through, and the systems your staff will actually use.

  • Standard districts (500+ students)$6,500
  • Small districts (under 500) — founding rate$4,500

Includes training + diagnostic + 3 follow-up coaching visits + implementation support, plus one testimonial/case-study collaboration at completion.

Best for: districts ready to invest in sustained change, not another one-off initiative.

Flexible Payment Options

We know district budgets don’t always move on a single check. Every tier can be split across the school year:

  • Two-pay plan — 50% at kickoff, 50% at midpoint
  • Visit-by-visit (Tier 3) — billed per coaching visit ($1,500–$2,000 per visit)
  • Multi-school / cooperative pricing — share a partnership across 2–3 small schools or neighboring districts and split the cost
  • End-of-fiscal-year (June) bookings — use remaining funds before the budget cycle resets

Ask about structuring a plan that fits your fiscal calendar.

Funding It — Title II-A and ESSA

Administrator leadership and systems development commonly qualify for Title II, Part A funds, which support effective instruction and educator effectiveness, including school-leader professional development. In fiscal year 2026, Congress appropriated $2.19 billion to Title II-A formula grants, distributed to states and districts by formula.

Every Administrator Avenue engagement comes with:

  • A one-page justification you can hand to your business manager or board
  • Alignment language tying CALM to your district’s school-improvement / strategic plan goals
  • A simple outcomes summary for your Title II-A reporting

Not sure if your district qualifies or how to allocate the funds? Reach out and I’ll help you build the case — no obligation.

Digital Resources & Online Modules

  • CALM online module — individual enrollment: $125/leader
  • CALM online module — schoolwide annual license: $1,200/school (small-district rate: $800/school under 500 students)
  • Downloadable CALM resource packs: priced individually — leadership response templates, discipline systems guides, staff-alignment tools, and more (see each resource for its price)

Founding-District Pilot Program

To launch the CALM work in Idaho and the region, I’m offering 3 founding-district partnerships at the introductory small-district rate, in exchange for:

  • A candid testimonial on the experience and results
  • Participation in a brief case study (anonymized if you prefer)
  • An honest referral to one peer district

This keeps the work affordable while it’s new, and lets the results speak for themselves.

Pricing reflects introductory rates for the 2026–27 school year. Travel within Idaho is included; Pacific Northwest travel is billed at cost.

Not Sure Which Option Fits Your School Best?

If your school or district is dealing with recurring issues, inconsistent adult responses, or systems that need strengthening, I’d be glad to connect. Together, we can identify the best place to start.
