Free Resource: Setting Instructional Outcomes Professional Development For Staff

As administrators…

  • We know that we have to implement quality staff professional development.

  • We know we have the background knowledge .

  • We know the power of quality, effective professional development and the difference it can make for staff and students.

    BUT

Do we always have the time?

Administrators deal with a number of issues each and every day. A single issue can take over the day, which can lead to other items being put off down the road. This can lead to arriving late and staying late, which can create its own set of problems.

Early in my administrator career as a middle school principal, I found it difficult at times juggling staff, students, parents, and administration. When I became an administrator, I had very little help with support of the day to day and focus on putting the school on a trajectory around a shared mission and vision.

I often thought it would be so nice if I had a collection of resources.

What I wanted was a playbook, a go to, kind of like a curriculum for teachers where I have a baseline of resources and then tailor it to make my own and fit the needs of staff and students of the school.

I am so excited to share this free resource to help school administrators save time and streamline their efforts in running a school.
